H. Phillip Ebanks is an Attorney at Law with over 18 years Post Qualification Experience. He has had prior roles as a Senior Management Executive within the Cayman Islands Public sector and was a Police Officer with over 17 years experience at varying levels of command. He combines strategic planning and legal qualifications with strong business acumen including effective resources management, budgeting, negotiation and leadership skills in both Public and Private sectors.
